Termoflex Closed Cell Foam Insulation for Campervans and Van Conversions

Termoflex closed cell foam insulation is designed for thermal insulation and condensation control in campervans, van conversions, motorhomes and other vehicle interiors. The flexible foam is particularly well suited to metal body panels where effective thermal insulation, condensation protection and improved acoustic comfort are required.

Our range includes both the original Termoflex insulation and the new Termoflex XF range. With different material thicknesses available, you can choose the right insulation according to the vehicle structure, intended use and available installation space.

Termoflex or self-adhesive Termoflex XF?

Original Termoflex is a proven solution for insulating campervans and panel vans. It is installed using a separate adhesive. For a strong and durable bond, we recommend using a high-quality, heat-resistant adhesive such as Eaglefelt Trim Adhesive spray adhesive. This is particularly important in vehicles, where body panel temperatures can vary significantly.

Termoflex XF is a new generation of self-adhesive closed cell elastomeric foam insulation. Available in 6 mm, 13 mm and 19 mm thicknesses, the XF range features a strong factory-applied adhesive backing. No separate adhesive is normally required: simply prepare and clean the surface carefully, remove the protective liner and press the insulation firmly and evenly onto the vehicle body panel.
